Hi Friends,
That's me around 1984, living saturated in my own kind of joy, paintbrush in hand.
I'd love to say that I stayed like that, but just like all of us, I have had to travel a path of pain and suffering. I recently wrote my story of becoming shy, ashamed and invisible, and how I finally found my way home to the joyful, bright being in this photo.
My true path as a coach, artist and mother has become my sacred daily Yes.
Now, I coach motivated people who want to trust in their truth, find courage and tap into their creativity. You can navigate life's messy middle parts with clarity, joy and a deep resilient confidence.
